The harvest of 1970 was an exceptional one, with a cold and rainy winter being followed by a hot, dry summer.  This provided the perfect growing conditions and grapes that exuded some top quality wine.  This 1970 vintage from the Petite Champagne regions provides a subtle, floral bouquet that gives a silky, slightly spicy taste on the palate.  Hints of wood come to mind as the taste evolves, with a smooth tropical fruit finish to round it off.

Only 588 bottles of the Rarissimes by Camus Petite Champagne 1970 Cognac have been produced.
